The bodily resurrection of Jesus is the cornerstone of Christian faith because it affirms that death is defeated and that eternal life is possible. Without it, our faith would be futile, and hope for salvation and eternal life would be lost. Evidence such as the empty tomb and multiple eyewitnesses support the truth that Jesus physically rose from the dead, confirming God’s power over death and anchoring our hope in future resurrection for ourselves.
