Scripture describes our resurrection bodies as glorious, powerful, and eternal, vastly different from our current frail bodies. They will be free of sickness, pain, and decay—imperishable and full of glory (1 Corinthians 15:42-44). Jesus’ resurrection shows us that our bodies will be transformed to be like His, able to fly, walk through walls, and exist eternally in righteousness and joy. This hope of a glorious future body encourages believers to persevere through current hardships, knowing a perfect and everlasting life awaits.
