Who is the Holy Spirit and how does he influence my life?

The Holy Spirit is a personal being, not just an influence or force, but a person with intelligence, will, and feelings. He is fully God, sharing the same divine nature as the Father and the Son. The Spirit has a mind, knows the heart of God, and communicates within the divine community—telling us about God’s plans and convicting us of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). The Spirit guides, reveals truth, and glorifies Jesus, helping believers develop a deeper relationship with Christ. He’s omnipresent, meaning He is everywhere and always present in our lives, watching over us and empowering us. Understanding the Holy Spirit as a person helps foster a genuine relationship rather than viewing Him as an impersonal force, leading to a life of divine guidance, peace, and strength.
